How to make your report count
A little detail goes a long way. It helps our team reproduce issues and act on ideas faster.
- Say what you were doing: the page or feature you were using (Swap, deposit, verification), and what you expected to happen.
- Describe what happened instead: an error message, an unexpected amount, or a step that felt confusing.
- Include anything that helps us find it: your UID, the coin or market, and roughly when it happened.
